NOTE:  Our block of rooms has expired and sold out and no alternative block of rooms is available. However, we MAY have a FEW rooms become available through cancellations. To check on room availablility and be put on the waiting list for the Hyatt Regency Chicago, contact Cheryl Leske at cleske@ldcforum.com.  To locate other hotels in the area, we would recommend going on line and search via a sight similar to www.hotels.com, which will tell you availability and cost.

HOTEL CANCELLATIONS:
Any room cancelled with 14 days notice or less, will be subject to a one night room plus tax cancellation fee.

We currently have a waitlist for attendees unable to get a room.  Please contact Cheryl Leske at cleske@ldcforum.com 

BEFORE you contact the hotel so we can have it reassigned to someone on the waitlist. 

IF we are able to reassign your room, you will not have to pay the cancellation penalty. You will receive confirmation from us if your room is reassigned or if it will be cancelled and a fee charged.
