Spa Afternoon

When:  Monday afternoon, September 13, 2010.  Appointment times will be between 12:30 pm and 6:30 pm.

Personal Spa Package Cost:  $195.00

Payment:  Your package fee is paid directly to the Spa.  You will be responsible for gratuities (20% recommended) and any additional services you request.  

Packages:  At the time you register for the conference, you will have the opportunity to choose your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices from the following spa packages and start times.  Because of the large volume of participants in a short period of time, some attendees will get their alternate choices, based upon the availability of the spa. 

Spa Service Packages available: 
    A. 30 min Massage, Manicure, Pedicure
    B. 30 min Massage, 60 min Facial
    C. 80 minute Massage
    D. 35 minute Facial, Manicure, Pedicure
    E. 50 minute Massage
    F. 35 minute Facial, 50 min Massage

Start Times Available:
    A. No preference - any start time
    B. Early Afternoon - start between 12:30 and 2:00 pm
    C. Mid Afternoon - start between 1:30 and 3:00 pm
    D. Late Afternoon - start between 2:30 and 4:00 pm
    E. Very Late Afternoon - start between 3:30 and 5:00 pm

Schedule:   All treatment packages last approximately 2-3 hours total. You will be notified of your personal spa schedule (package details with start and end times) as we get closer to the conference date, based on availability.

Lunch:  Lunch will be on your own, however, light refreshments will be available at the spa.  Please note, they do not recommend a heavy meal prior to your treatments.

Note: Activities and social events (golf, spa, Beer Bash, keynote luncheon and cocktail party) are designed as networking events for our attendees and are not available without conference registration.
