Golf Tournament Details (Tentative Information)

When: Monday, June 11, 2012

Time: 1:00 pm Shotgun Start, Scramble Format

Cost: $195 includes round trip transportation, green fees and cart, a box lunch, and the 19th Hole Beer Bash. See below for club rental.

Lunch: Lunch will be provided at the course.

Choose your own foursomes: Requests for foursomes will be considered if received prior to May 26th, based on availability. You may request a golf partner or a full foursome at the time you register, or email your request to us. You will receive the list of foursomes when you check in at the conference on Monday.

Transportation: Round trip transportation will be available. The bus will leave at approximately 11:50 am from the Hotel lobby. (Immediately after the last conference session.) A return bus will get back to the Hotel by approximately 7:30 pm, after the 19th Hole Beer Bash. (Subject to change. Any changes will be announced as we get closer to the conference date.) If you are driving, please be at the course by 12:30 pm. (Directions)

Golf Club Rental: If you are considering bringing your own clubs, please do so as golf club rental will be limited. Club rentals need to be requested no later than May 27th. Because the golf course may need to make arrangements with neighboring courses in advance to get enough clubs for this event, clubs MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE if you do not make your reservations by this date.

To rent clubs, complete the information on line when you register for the conference.

Golf Club Check-In: When you check into the hotel, you can check your clubs at the Bell Stand and they will be delivered to the golf course before the tournament. If you are not staying at the hotel, but would like your clubs delivered to the course, please check them at the Bell Stand by 7:00 am on Monday morning or bring them to the Hotel Lobby when you board the bus.

19th Hole Beer Bash: Immediately following golf, the 19th Hole Beer Bash will be held at the golf course (starting at approximately 5:30 pm).

Note: Activities and social events (golf, spa, Beer Bash, keynote luncheon and cocktail party) are designed as networking events for our attendees and are not available without conference registration.
