Spa Afternoon Details
 

Payment:  Your package fee is paid directly to the Spa. As in the past, you will be responsible for gratuities; however, to simplify, we will collect the gratuity at the time you register, so you do not need to pay anything at the time of your appointment. You will still be responsible for any upgrades or products you purchase.

Packages:  At the time you register for the conference, you will have the opportunity to choose your 1st and 2nd choices from the following spa packages and start times.  Because of the large volume of participants in a short period of time, some attendees will get their 2nd choice, based upon the availability of the spa. 

Spa Service Packages available: 
    A. Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage, 25 Minute Facial
    B. 50 Minute Facial
    C. 50 Minute Massage
    D. 80 Minute Massage
    

Start Times Available:
    A. No preference - any start time
    B. Morning (start time between 9:00 and 11:30 am)
    C. Late AM/Early PM (start time between 11:00 and 2:00 pm)
    D. Mid-Afternoon (start time between 1:30 and 3:30 pm)
    E. Very Late Afternoon (start time between 3:30 and 5:30 pm)

Schedule:   All treatment packages last approximately 2-3 hours total. You will be notified of your personal spa schedule (package details with start and end times) as we get closer to the conference date, based on availability.

Transportation:  The Spa is onsite at the hotel so no additional transportation will be needed.

Lunch:  Lunch will be on your own.  There are many cafes and restaurants in the area.  Light refreshments and beverages will be available at the Spa.  Please note, they do not recommend a heavy meal prior to your treatments.

Cancellations:  Spa appointments must be canceled prior to September 30 to receive a credit.  Contact either Cheryl Leske at 763-545-1515; please do not contact the Spa directly.  See Cancellation Policy. 

Note: Activities and social events (golf, spa, Beer Bash, keynote luncheon and cocktail party) are designed as networking events for our attendees and are not available without conference registration.
