Golf Tournament Details

Golf at Bear’s Best…The Best Course in Atlanta.
Play at one of the only two golf courses in the world with 18 of Jack Nicklaus’s most memorable golf holes. In one setting, Nicklaus reproduced holes such as Castle Pines and Muirfield Village, which are nationally and/or internationally ranked. Time: 1:00 pm Shotgun Start, Scramble Format

Cost: $195 includes round trip transportation, green fees and cart, a box lunch, and the 19th Hole Beer Bash. See below for club rental.

Lunch: Lunch will be provided at the course.

Foursomes: Requests for foursomes will be considered if received prior to April 2nd, based on availability. You may request a golf partner or a full foursome at the time you register, or email your request to us. You will receive the list of foursomes when you check in at the conference on Monday.

Transportation: Round trip transportation will be available. The bus will leave promptly at 11:50 am from the InterContinental Hotel Lobby. A return bus will get back to the Hotel by approximately 7:30 pm, after the 19th Hole Beer Bash. (Subject to change. Any changes will be announced as we get closer to the conference date.) If you are driving, please be at the course by 12:30 pm. (Directions)

Golf Club Rental: If you are considering bringing your own clubs, please do so as golf club rental will be limited. Club rentals need to be requested no later than Friday, April 2nd. Because the golf course may need to make arrangements with neighboring courses in advance to get enough clubs for this event, clubs MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE if you do not make your reservations by this date.

To rent clubs, click here to print out the Rental Form. Complete the form and fax it to the LDC Gas Forum at 763-545-1818. Please provide a credit card to secure your rental and speed up the process on site. Credit card payments will be processed directly through the golf course.

Golf Club Check-In: When you check into the InterContinental Buckhead, you can check your clubs at the Bell Stand and they will be delivered to the golf course before the tournament. If you are not staying at the InterContinental Buckhead, but would like your clubs delivered to the course, please check them at the Bell Stand by 9:00 am on Monday morning (April 12th) or bring them to the Hotel Motor Lobby when you board the bus.

19th Hole Beer Bash: Immediately following golf, the 19th Hole Beer Bash will be held at the golf course (starting at approximately 5:30 pm).

Cancellation Policy: Golf cancellations must be received by April 2nd to receive a credit. Substitutions are allowed any time, however, please notify us in advance.
