Spa Afternoon Details

When: Monday afternoon, April 16, 2012.
Personal Spa Package Cost: $195.00 plus $25.00 spa gratuity

Payment: Your package fee is paid directly to the Spa. As in the past, you will be responsible for gratuities; however, to simplify, we will collect the gratuity at the time you register, so you do not need to pay anything at the time of your appointment. You will still be responsible for any upgrades or products you purchase.

Packages: At the time you register for the conference, you will have the opportunity to choose your 1st and 2nd choices from the following spa packages and start times. Because of the large volume of participants in a short period of time, some attendees will get their 2nd choice, based upon the availability of the spa.

Spa Service Packages available:
A. 30-minute Massage, Manicure, Pedicure
B. 30-minute Massage, 60-minute Facial
C. 60-minute Massage
D. 90-minute Massage
E. No preference, any package available

Start Times Available:
A. No preference - any start time
B. Between 12:30 and 2:00 pm
C. Between 1:30 and 3:00 pm
D. Between 2:30 and 4:00 pm
E. Between 3:30 and 5:00 pm

Schedule: All treatment packages last approximately 2-3 hours total. You will be notified of your personal spa schedule (package details with start and end times) as we get closer to the conference date, based on availability.

Transportation: The shuttle will leave from the InterContinental Buckhead Lobby. Detailed shuttle schedule will be available as we get closer to the conference date.

Plan to arrive at the Spa 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Travel time is approximately 15 minutes.

Driving Directions from the InterContinental Buckhead: Turn left onto Peachtree Road from the Hotel. The Spa is about 3 miles on Peachtree Road on the corner of Peachtree and 25th in the Brookwood Plaza (next to Wolfgang Puck’s Restaurant.) Allow at least 15 minutes for travel time and plan to be at the Spa 15 to 30 minutes before your appointment.

Lunch: Lunch will be on your own, however, light refreshments will be available at the spa. Please note, they do not recommend a heavy meal prior to your treatments.

Note: Activities and social events (golf, spa, tour, Beer Bash, keynote luncheon and cocktail party) are designed as networking events for our attendees and are not available without conference registration.
