NOTE:  You must indicate that you are with the LDC Gas Forum to get this group rate. This rate will expire September 17, 2010. On-site reservations do not receive the discount.  Please make your room reservations early as this block of rooms will be limited and will sell out!

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY:  Cancel all hotel rooms directly with the hotel.  Any room cancelled with 14 days notice or less  will be subject to a one night room plus tax cancelation fee.
