FRAUD ALERT:  We have become aware that an outside company is calling our attendees offering to book their hotel rooms at a lower rate. THIS IS A SCAM! When you get to the hotel, you will have no room and they will have stolen your identity! The LDC Gas Forum does not partner with travel agencies or housing suppliers. We will never call you to book a room and ask for a credit card. If you are contacted by anyone regardlng rooms for the LDC Gas Forum or any travel/hotel provider, please be aware that they are NOT associated with our company or events. We have no control over the type of accommodations, rates charged or if there will be a room for you if you deal with unauthorized companies or people. Do not book your room with or give the caller your credit card information! Book your hotel room only through the link on this page or call the hotel directly and ask for the LDC Gas Forum block. If you receive such a phone call, please let us know (with as much information as possible) so we can follow up.
