Media Registration Criteria

Requirements/Expectations for Media to qualify for no-charge Press Pass registration:

1. Credentials:

   • Reputable publication

   • Bona fide Reporter
     

2. Identification

   • Must wear Badge at all times, to clearly identify as “Media”

   • In interaction with Forum participants, must proactively indicate whether discussions are “on the record”
     

3. Articles / Publication

   • Expectation is that the Forums will receive recognition/attribution in all articles published with content derived from the Forums
     

4. Attribution

   • All articles published with content derived from the Forums MUST include clear attribution for the Forums

   • Attribution MUST include the specific and full name of the event brand (e.g. NatGas To Power Forum, vs. LDC Gas Forum)

   • Attribution must include hyperlink to the specific and full name of the event brand
     

5. Publication of Content

   • Prohibition against publication of speaker presentation content that has not been explicitly approved for public dissemination (e.g. no publishing of photos of presentations without consent of Presenter)
     

6. Disclosure of Published Content

   • For each and every article published with content derived from the Forums, a copy of each such article MUST be promptly emailed to mmissimer@accessintel.com

   • Media partner agrees that the Forums is free to utilize articles or excerpts for Forums promotional purposes
     

7. Registration

   • Properly credentialed media may receive a Press Pass to register at no charge

   • To request approval to obtain a Press Pass, please email your credential information

   • Upon confirmation of your credentials, you will receive an email containing a discount code to use for registration
