Join us for a memorable afternoon in charming Golden, Colorado! From 1pm to 4pm, enjoy a delicious lunch buffet of Colorado-style dishes at the historic Old Capitol Grill, located in the building that once served as Colorado’s first capitol. Relish the warm, old-west atmosphere while indulging in local culinary favorites.
Throughout the afternoon, dive into Golden’s captivating history with guided 90-minute walking tours departing in rotation. Each tour includes a refreshing stop at Mountain Toad Brewing to savor a local craft beer. While you’re not touring or dining, take time to explore Golden’s vibrant downtown shops and unique offerings.
Cancellation Policy
Late cancellations and no shows: In accordance with our cancellation policy, activity late cancellations and no shows are subject to a $100 cancellation fee (half of the original cost to pay attendees) for those who attend on a free pass and no refunds are given for paid attendees.

Government Departments & Agencies – 50% Discount ($850)
Full-time employees of accredited federal, state and local government departments and agencies, including regulating entities, receive a 50% discount on their conference registration fee, courtesy of the LDC Gas Forum Sponsors. The cost of the optional networking activities will be $195.00. No other discounts apply.

To qualify for a Press Pass, you must be a reporter for a Publication or News Source and attend the event with the purpose of covering the Forums in an article or story. In return for your Press Pass, we ask that you forward copies or links to the articles you write to the Vice President of the LDC Gas Forum, allowing the Forum to use the articles for additional marketing efforts. In consideration for waiving registration fees to attend the Energy Innovations: Rockies & West, media outlet agrees to the following: For each article published with news content that is obtained at the Energy Innovations: Rockies & West, the media outlet agrees that such article will include a citation for the Energy Innovations: Rockies & West, specifying the full name, date and location. To obtain a Press Pass, please email your request and qualifications for approval and a discount code.
GAS BUYER DISCOUNTS:
Gas Buyers – Regulated Utilities & End Users Only – No Charge
(Limited to a maximum of 3 free passes per company)
Only Gas Buyers from Regulated Utilities and End Users qualify to register at no charge for the LDC Gas Forums. They will receive free attendance for the conference and optional networking activities, thanks to the generosity of the Sponsors of the LDC Gas Forums. (See Qualification Schedule Below)
Additional qualification for NO CHARGE attendance:
— Your role must be as a full time gas buyer and be responsible for buying natural gas for YOUR facility’s internal consumption only – not also involved in buying/selling gas for resale to 3rd parties.
— Gas Buyers who attend at no charge are guests of the Sponsors of the LDC Gas Forums. If any portion of you or your company’s responsibilities put you in DIRECT COMPETITION with the Forum Sponsors, you DO NOT QUALIFY for attendance at no charge.
Energy Merchant Facility Operator (Gas Buyer) — 50% DISCOUNT ($850)
Operators of non-regulated merchant energy facilities that buy gas to convert to other forms of energy for re-sale for profit (e.g merchant power generation, LNG, CNG). Full time Gas Buyers for these facilities receive a 50% discount on their conference registration fee, courtesy of the LDC Gas Forum Sponsors. The cost of the optional networking activities will be $195.00. No other discounts apply. (See Qualification Schedule below)
All Others … No Discount:
All other gas purchasers and company types, including but not limited to those listed below, will pay the Standard Registration fee and optional networking activity fee, and qualify for Early Bird or other promotional discounts.
