REGISTRATION TYPES & FEES:
Your Conference Registration includes access to all Sessions, Keynote Lunch, Networking Breakfasts & Breaks, and Cocktail Receptions as well as a copy of the Conference Program. Optional Networking Activities are available at additional cost specified. (All fees are in U.S. Funds.)

QUALIFICATIONS FOR DISCOUNTS:

Data Center Gas Buyer – 50% Discount ($850)
Employees of Data Center Owner/Operators who are responsible for purchase of natural gas for their Data Center facilities, qualify to register at a 50% discount on the Standard registration fee, thanks to the generosity of the Sponsors of the NatGas To Power Forum. The cost of the optional networking activities will be $195.00. No other discounts apply. 

Additional Data Center Gas Buyer qualification criteria:

  • Your must be employed by the Data Center facility Owner/Operator 
  • Your role must be full-time gas buyer, engaged exclusively in buying natural gas/li>
  • You must be responsible for buying natural gas for YOUR facility’s internal consumption only (not also involved in buying/selling gas for resale to 3rd parties)
  • Data Center Gas Buyers who attend for discounted registration are guests of the Sponsors of the NatGas To Power Forum.
  • If you or your Company’s responsibilities put you in DIRECT COMPETITION with the Forum Sponsors, you DO NOT QUALIFY for discounted registration

Press Pass Qualifications – No Charge Registration:

To qualify for a Press Pass, you must be a reporter for a Publication or News Source and attend the event with the purpose of covering the Forums in an article or story. In return for your Press Pass, we ask that you forward copies or links to the articles you write to the Vice President of the LDC Gas Forum, allowing the Forum to use the articles for additional marketing efforts. In consideration for waiving registration fees to attend the NatGas To Power Forum, media outlet agrees to the following: For each article published with news content that is obtained at the NatGas To Power Forum, the media outlet agrees that such article will include a citation for the NatGas To Power Forum, specifying the full name, date and location. To obtain a Press Pass, please email your request and qualifications for approval and a discount code.

All Others … No Discount:
All other participants and company types, including but not limited to those listed, will pay the Standard Registration fee and optional networking activity fee, and qualify for Early Bird or other promotional discounts.
