Networking with the Industry: Registration and Continental Breakfast
When: Monday-Wednesday, November 10-12, 2025 (See Agenda for exact time)
Don’t miss out on this key networking time! Every morning before the conference sessions start, grab some coffee and a quick bite, then start mingling with other attendees!
Keynote Lunch
When: Tuesday, November 11, 2025 (See Agenda for exact time)
Check out who’s at your table at the Keynote Lunch on Tuesday! See someone you’ve been trying to talk with? Grab the chair next to them! A great chance to have extended conversation!
Cocktail Reception
When: Tuesday, November 11, 2025 (See Agenda for exact time)
The Bar is Open! Immediately after the conference sessions on Tuesday, it’s Party Time! Drinks and food and great networking!
NatGas To Power Cancellation & Billing Policies
Cancellation policies for the NatGas To Power Forum and associated activities:
1. Absolutely no refunds for cancellations will be made. If you are no longer able to attend, you can send someone in your place at no extra charge. To receive a Credit Certificate to use towards a future NatGas To Power Forum you must cancel at least two weeks before the conference. See dates below. Cancellation and substitution requests must be in writing and e-mailed to ccoleman@accessintel.com.
- Absolutely no credits will be given after Friday, October 24, 2025
2. Activities – Changes, Late Cancellations and No Shows: Please cancel your activity if you will not be attending to avoid additional charges. All activity changes and cancellations must be received in writing no later than October 25, 2024. By this time, we have made commitments to the service providers and are charged for your participation even if you do not attend. Cancellations after this date give us little opportunity to place others in these open spots.
- Absolutely no credits will be given after Friday, October 24, 2025
For paid attendees, no credits or refunds for activities will be considered after this date. Attendees with free registrations will be charged $100 to cover the cost of their reserved spot for the activity. An invoice will be sent after the conference.
3. All invoices are due in full by 14 days prior to the start of the conference. Unpaid invoices for no shows or anyone canceling after this date, become payable in full at the point the individual registers for any future conference.
4. Hotel Cancellation Policy: Cancel all hotel rooms directly with the hotel. Any room cancelled with 14 days notice or less, will be subject to a one night room plus tax cancellation fee.
Discount and Billing Policies:
1. Early Bird Discounts and special offers are awarded based on the date the registration and when payment is received.
2. Only one discount or special price offer applies per registration. Sponsor passes are not eligible for Early Bird discounts.
3. No special discounts are available for single day attendance.
4. Activities and social events (TopGolf, networking breakfasts, keynote luncheon and receptions) are designed as networking events for our attendees and are not available without conference registration.

Cancellation Policy
Late cancellations and no shows: In accordance with our cancellation policy, activity late cancellations and no shows are subject to a $100 cancellation fee (half of the original cost to pay attendees) for those who attend on a free pass and no refunds are given for paid attendees.

»Visibility via Speaking Opportunity / Kiosk – Each sponsor will be provided with a speaking slot to discuss a key industry issue or promote a particular project. Or, rather than speaking, sponsors may instead set up a promotional kiosk at the NatGas To Power Forum.
»Inclusion in Conference Guide – A Conference Proceedings Book will be handed out to every attendee at the Forum. Your company’s logo, bio, etc. will be included.
»Conference Promotion – Before, during, and after the conference, sponsor generosity will be promoted in all pre-conference publicity, signage at the conference, post-conference correspondence, etc. We anticipate more than 30,000 pieces of promotional materials to ultimately be distributed.
»Logo Item – To give sponsors the exposure and opportunity to get their logo out to our attendees, we will have a table placed in the conference area where we will display any logo give-away items that you wish to send us. These items will be available to all attendees throughout the conference.
»Web Presence – Your company will be listed as a sponsor on our conference web site (www.ldcgasforums.com/ngtp/), your logo/link will be included in emails sent out about the conference, you’ll be promoted on the NatGas To Power Forum social media platforms, etc.

»Badge Lanyards – Your company name or logo on the official NatGas To Power Forum lanyard. Each attendee will be wearing the lanyard that you supply to us for the NatGas To Power Forum.

»Hotel Key Cards – Put your logo in their HANDS! Your company logo or design will be printed on key cards for the host hotel of the NatGas To Power Forum.
Price: $13,500 per Forum ** Includes cost of Hotel Card Keys and two attendee passes
»Conference Pens & Notepads – Give conference attendees something to write home about. Notepads and pens imprinted with your company’s one–color logo will be placed throughout the conference.

»Wi-Fi Sponsorship – The Session Room where all of the great info will be shared will have Wi-Fi Access and YOU get to be the company to select the Wi-Fi Code to use for all attendees…this is an awesome opportunity for everyone to KNOW your NAME…For example – NATGASTOPOWERFORUM…YOU decide and everyone uses that code to access the WiFi!

»Opening Night Reception Sponsorship – Exclusive Sponsorship of Opening Reception to the NatGas To Power Forum. Benefits include email blast to entire NatGas To Power Forum database announcing that you are the Reception Sponsor, signage at the bar in the hotel, etc.

»Room Drop Sponsorship – Your company will have an item of your choice placed inside each attendee’s room that stays within the official hotel block.

»Elevator Wrap Sponsorship – Place YOUR company logo or design of choice on elevator wraps that will be prominently displayed on the elevators facing the entry way of the Foyer and session rooms. Every time an attendee leaves the Foyer, they will be reminded of YOUR brand.

»Column Wrap Sponsorship – Catch the attention of NatGas To Power Forum attendees as they make their way into the Foyer to network and connect! Have YOUR company logo or design of choice placed strategically on Columns throughout the Foyer.

»Floor Sticker Sponsorship – With the design of your choice, your floor stickers will be placed throughout the Foyer and Session room. They may be “stepped” on, but surely WON’T be missed!
