Marcie Milner Bio
Marcie Milner is Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for Shell Energy Americas. Ms. Milner has been employed with Shell Energy since early 2001 and is responsible for regulatory matters related to the marketing and trading of natural gas, power and environmental products. Her team consists of fourteen professionals that focus on risk management and value creation through regulatory intelligence, advocacy in regulatory processes and deep technical understanding of market rules and their implications. Prior to her work in energy, Marcie worked in the investment banking industry in corporate finance, trading and compliance roles. She acquired multiple securities licenses and holds a Batchelor of Science degree in Business Management.
Will Brown Bio
Will Brown is the Chief Commercial Officer for the Kinder Morgan Natural Gas Pipelines West Region. Mr. Brown is responsible for the Commercial Management including Business Development, Marketing, Optimization, Account Services and Financial Planning for: Colorado Interstate Gas Company, El Paso Natural Gas Company, LLC, Wyoming Interstate Company, LLC, Cheyenne Plains Gas Pipeline Company, LLC, TransColorado Gas Transmission Company, LLC, Keystone Gas Storage, Young Gas Storage Company, Ltd, Sierrita Gas Pipeline, LLC, and WYCO Development LLC.
Mr. Brown has over 30 years of experience (25 years with Kinder Morgan) in the oil and gas industry. He started his career as a drilling and production engineer with Phillips Petroleum in Borger, Texas and before relocating to Midland, Texas as a gas processing engineer with GPM Gas Corporation. Mr. Brown has held various positions with Kinder Morgan with increasing responsibility from system design engineering to commercial account management. Mr. Brown received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1992. He was awarded an MBA in Finance from University of Colorado, Colorado Springs in 2009. He is a registered, Professional Engineer, currently inactive, in the state of Texas.

Jill Davies Bio
As the General Manager for Shell’s LNG trading & origination activities across the Americas, Jill is responsible for short term trading, long term LNG purchases/sales, commercial optimization and risk management across the value chain and new country entry.
In Jill’s prior role she was Senior Vice President for Trading at Shell Energy North America, responsible for gas, power and environmental products trading across the Americas.
Jill began her energy career with BG Group in 2004 in Commercial Operations, followed by a variety of roles focused on the trading and marketing LNG to higher value markets. In 2010 Jill moved to Singapore to establish BG Group’s regional trading office as Director LNG Trading & Marketing, Asia. From there she went on to lead the global short term LNG trading activities as Director of Trading. Prior to Shell’s acquisition of BG Group in 2016, Jill was Vice President of BG Group’s North America Gas Marketing organization.
Jill has a Bachelor of Economics degree from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
